- A gemstone can be treated, modified and recut, to enhance its color and clarity at any time later. Therefore, the conclusions of this report reflect the findings at the time of its issues.
Test which is not applicable/ useful in the identification is not performed.
This certificate does not indicate whether the stone has been treated or not by any process whatsoever, unless otherwise specified.
This certificate is not for valuation purpose or pertains to the quality of the stone or its cutting; it is only an identification report. This Identification Report is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal.
This report is provided upon the request of the client and/ or the owner of the gem and also by agreeing to the terms and conditions of G. I. I INDIA, Delhi related to the certification. By making this report G.I.I INDIA, Delhi does not agree to purchase or replace the gem. Neither the client nor any purchaser of the gem shall regard this report as a document of valuation or as a guarantee or warranty of any kind.
- It may be noted that opinions may reasonably vary as to the characteristics covered in this report and therefore for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other testing methods.
Gemologist’s assessment may vary reasonably, from other laboratories depending on the tests performed. Hence, G.I.I INDIA, Delhi or any of its member/ staff cannot be held responsible for the same.
> G. I. I INDIA, Delhi will on no account be held responsible for possible dissimilarities and /or differences that could appear from the repeated examinations or as a result of other methods applied or the possible Inaccuracy due to the technical/ mechanical defects/ errors of the instruments/ equipment used.
- In the event of any claim by the client or any other person for damage to the gem, or Damages resulting directly or indirectly, from this report, the liability of G. I. I INDIA, Delhi shall be limited to the amount it received as testing fee in connection with this report.
- I. I INDIA, Delhi will not be responsible for the use of this certificate with any other similar specimen.
If the product is sent by courier then Geological Institute of India is not responsible for any transport damage/ loss of product incurred.
If the certificate is lost, destroyed or stolen then duplicate copy of results will not be given.
Geological Institute of India is not responsible or liable to carry out any correspondence with respect to explanation of the test methods, commercial liability, and market price evaluation.
We are not responsible for any type of product submitted for testing in case; the product is a lost product or subject to any legal issues.
Whether any person residing in India or outside of India, making a claim directly or indirectly on Geological Institute of India, the maximum total liability of will be limited to the amount of testing and grading fees or Consultation fees.
Lab testing charges once paid will not refunded at any circumstances.
Any dispute arising out of this report falls within the jurisdiction of the law court of Delhi only.
